Warranty

TFC offers a 4-year warranty for manufacturers frame deficiencies and defects. If a frame somehow fails or breaks due to something that was not caused by the user or user error, please contact us and we will get you and your Hydro-Slay taken care of. Our customers are responsible for
shipping or dropping their frame off at our shop location. TFC reserves the right to determine and rule out what is a defect in the frame or what is considered other damage caused by the user. If we determine there was a manufacturer defect, we will take care of all costs and repairs of the required parts to repair your Hydro-Slay frame. Please know that powder coat finishes are not a part of this warranty and scratches, or paint chipping is not a frame defect. Please see our powder coat finish statement in our terms and conditions.

If you have problems or defects with the pontoons, the warranty for them is through Jacks Plastics Welding. With every Hydro-Slay, you
will receive a Jacks Plastics Welding Warranty Verification Record. Please take care of this record and register inflatables directly with Jacks Plastics as it is important and necessary to validate your pontoons warranty if you need to reach out to Jacks Plastics with any questions related to warranty and defects.

 Please understand that all inflatables are prone to pinholes or tears with lots of use or if they are not rowed with caution, taken care of properly or stored properly. Every Hydro-Slay comes with a patch kit to make any repairs if needed.

Returns

If you decide within 5 days of purchasing your TFC Hydro-Slay and want to return it, please let us know. You have 5 days to return your boat and we will give you a 90% refund for your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping/dropping off your boat at our location and shipping charges. Please keep all packaging and ship carefully so that damage does not occur in the shipping/transport process. If damages do occur in the shipping/transport process, we will not be able to give you a full refund.
Returned boats must have no use on the water and must be in new resale condition.
We cannot accept any boats that are not in new condition or any boats that have minor damages to the frame, powder coat, or pontoons. TFC reserves the right to determine what is new condition. Please contact us before your return and provide us with your boats Serial Number located on the pontoons.

Safety & Liability Statement

Please understand rafting, floating, and paddle sports are dangerous activities and physically demanding. The user of this product should
understand that participating in these activities and using a TFC Hydro-Slay is possible to involve injury or death. Please use caution and safety equipment when participating in these activities. TALON FISHING COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF EQUPIMENT OR PROPERTY THAT MAY OCCUR USING OUR BOATS IN THESE DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES.

Powder Coat Finish Statement

ALL POWDER COAT FINISHES ARE FOR ASTHETIC PURPOSES ONLY.
VARIATIONS IN COLOR, SHADE, TEXTURE AND SHEEN CAN AND SHOULD BE EXPECTED. DURABILLTY OF THE FINISH IS STRICTLY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE END USER. OVER TIME FINISH CAN RUB, SCRATCH AND FADE. THIS IS NORMAL AND IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE FUNCTION OR DURABILITY OF ANY FRAME COMPONENTS. BECAUSE THIS WEAR AND TEAR IS EXPECTED THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON THE FINISH. HOWEVER, AT ANY TIME ORIGINAL OWNERS MAY RETURN THE FRAME AND HAVE IT RE-POWDER COATED FOR A FEE OF 300.00.
